We had the fish. Large portions and yummy sides. We'll be back, if we're in the area again.

The food was great. I was weary at first but looked at others comments and decided to give it a try. I am glad I did.
Peter is one cool guy and his customer service is superb. Had to take a visit today and once again great everything! Fresh fried fish, chicken and the coolest guy frying chicken and making Kool-Aide in Arlington!
I've been to Luci's, Lisa's and Thomas' and Peters is my favorite. The menu is just massive, I got a 3 piece mixed with roll, tater tots and mac and cheese. It was about $10.50 for that and a can of soda. The food took about 10 minutes. It was absolutely delicious, the chicken was really good, the mac and cheese tasted home made and the tater tots tasted good too. It's like a small little store but I was pretty impressed. I'll definitely go back to try their shrimp.
If you love "hole in the wall" pleasant surprises...Peter's is it! Was in town fir a conference at GLF and all eateries in the immediate area were overwhelmed and overpriced. As we walked up, the drive thru was 5 cars deep, the dining area was a 50% capacity and several locals were waiting for pickup orders...Good signs for a place that looks like a former convenience store. I ordered the 2pc Chicken combo, with cole slaw and green beans. I'm not a big cole slaw but it was a good balance of flavors with my well seasoned breast & wing. The neighborhood clearly appreciates Peter's as the were more than happy to make recommendations. My meal is included a drink, jalapeño, 2 sides, a dinner roll and 2 healthy sized pieces of chicken all for under $10.
Came here the other day for the first time with my bf and my niece! Found this place on Yelp, and this gem as been here for about 6 years! The owner Peter is a cool guy just doing his thing. I like that they have a wide selection of beverages to choose from, and other miscellaneous items like ice creams, hot sauces and Kool aid pickles. Kool-Aid Pickles was definitely hitting. We ordered: Fried chicken Burgers Sides: Okras Mashed Potatoes Mac & Cheese Fries Their burger is HUGE! It's like a half pound beef patty! And that's just the single one, their double beef patty is extra extra huge! Fried chicken was really tasty, hot, and fresh! Don't forget to try their hot sauce! Overall we enjoyed our foods and will be back!
Sorry Yelpers no photos..... but just know if you're looking for a quick bite that's juicy order the chicken. Now this isn't the best fried chicken I've ever eaten, but it was fresh, hot & good. It definitely could have used some additional seasoning, but hey for less than $18.00, bucks for (2) 3pc specials(chicken only) with rolls & one order of chicken gizzard I won't complain. Roni's pick
